How does an io game with crypto rewards work?
The base is an ordinary io game: a shared map, you start small, you grow by eating, and the bigger eats the smaller. The crypto part is the balance. In Crybble Wars it is counted in CBW, the in-game currency. You buy CBW in the shop with Telegram Stars or with crypto from a connected wallet, and you can withdraw it from 100 CBW.
Where do the crypto rewards come from?
In Crybble Wars, from other players, not from the game. The money on the map has two sources. One is players’ entries. The other is the shooting range: up to 3% of what stays in it after winnings are paid is laid out as chests. The game adds nothing of its own to the map, and bots carry no money. A 10% commission is withheld from your profit when you leave.
Can you play an io game with crypto rewards for free?
In Crybble Wars, yes. A free match costs nothing, but chests are locked in it: you get points, SCORE and XP. The gift for winning a free match is 0.05 CBW once every 6 hours. Reaching the 100 CBW minimum on gifts alone takes 500 days.
How does a paid match work?
Your entry sits in your bubble. If you are eaten, it drops onto the map as a chest, and another player picks it up. To keep what you collected you leave through the house button: a 10 second countdown runs, and you can be eaten until the last second.
